Ritsuka (middle): Right, guys?......guys?
Yoji (bottom left): ah....good (thought)
Natsuo (bottom right):Yeah....good.
Soubi: Yes....VERY good....

Yeah, so a little Lovless idea I had while looking through Yun Koga's beautiful artbook. Yes, I'm in the process of learning hiragana, katakana, and kanji! ^^

Soubi, you're such a pervert!
Soubi: Hentai ja nai.
Ritsuka, Natsuo, Yoji: Hentai imasu. -_-;

edit: for those who don't know, in the world of Loveless, kids have ears and a tail until they have intercourse. Then *poof*. Thus, a very happy Soubi.

Heh. ^^ I take classes at my college, St. John's University in New York. I remember I was so sad because my high school only offered Spanish and French. I had to do a search to find out if my college had clases. I was literally bouncing up and down at my work when I found out. ^^
If you'd like, I can recommend a text book. Genki Integrated Course In Elementary Japanese is pretty good. But really, you just have to be willing to take the time to memorize stuff.....><*

I totally am. D: The problem is (and you've touched on it, thanks!) finding a good source of reliable Japanese that teaches the characters (hiragana, katakana, AND kanji), the colloquial english romanization, and the pronounciation. ^^; Not too easy to find, heh. Although I'll look into that book, THANK YOU!!. I'm looking for classes too, although I doubt I'll find any *laughs*

Well, if you're really serious about it, depending on where you live, you might be able to find a one-on-one teacher. Obviously, it would be more expensive, but I'm sure it would be a really good way to learn. You could advertise in the newspaper or at a college or something. ^^ That's how my dad got me a piano teacher. Good luck^^ Remember, most of it is just memorization. Hiragana and katakana were not very hard, they just took a lot of work to memorize. ^^ Kanji, on the other hand, well, me and Kanji are having our......problems.....*^^*

Haha! Wow, I want to learn piano too... dammit I will NOT get jealous...! Too late. :B I hope you're not taking violin lessons either, by any chance. !!

Well, the one-to-one thing is already out, sorry, but thanks for that. xD I guess if I'm THAT desperate, maybe.

How do you (personally) memorize a character, by the way? It might help me. xD;
